A growing healthcare organization is seeking a Financial Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, forecasting, and operational decision-making across a multi-site network of physician practices and ambulatory surgery centers. This individual will partner closely with Finance, Accounting, Revenue Cycle, Operations, and senior leadership to analyze performance and deliver actionable financial insights.

• Prepare management reporting, operational analysis, and monthly KPI reporting.
• Support annual budgeting, strategic planning, and reforecasting processes.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages, including budget-to-actual and variance analysis.
• Analyze revenue, expenses, profitability, and financial trends across practices, providers, and service lines.
• Partner with operational leaders to identify performance issues and opportunities.
• Support Accounting during month-end close and investigate financial variances.
• Develop financial models, forecasts, and business cases for strategic investments.
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis and support special projects for leadership.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related experience.
• Strong financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and variance-analysis experience.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, complex formulas, and financial modeling.
• Ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Strong communication skills with experience partnering across business functions.

• Healthcare, physician practice management, ambulatory surgery center, or multi-site service experience.
• Knowledge of revenue cycle, reimbursement, payer mix, or provider productivity.
• Experience with ERP and business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Sage, Oracle BI, or One Stream.
• MBA, CPA, or other relevant certification.
