This position is for a multi-group Practice Manager for Align ENTA for our Chester County ENT. Our need is for an in-person candidate seeking full time status.

Job Overview

The Practice Manager for our ENT and Allergy Practices plays a vital role in overseeing the efficient and effective operations of our clinics. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in medical practice management, particularly in the fields of ENT and allergy care.

This position requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills who is able to foster a positive work environment while maintaining high levels of patient satisfaction. You will be responsible for managing daily operations, including staff coordination, budgeting, and compliance with healthcare regulations.

Your expertise will contribute to the implementation of best practices that ensure seamless patient flow and enhanced service delivery. Utilizing your exceptional communication skills, you will liaise with physicians, support staff, and patients, ensuring that everyone is informed and engaged.

You will also have the opportunity to implement innovative systems and processes that improve efficiency and patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Operational Oversight:
    Manage daily operations of practice location, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and healthcare regulations. Optimize workflow efficiency and patient flow to enhance the overall patient experience.
  • Staff Leadership:
    Recruit, train, and supervise practice staff across the site. Foster a positive work environment, encouraging professional development and teamwork among personnel.
  • Financial Management:
    Monitor financial performance of practice, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control. Analyze key metrics to identify opportunities for operational improvements and profitability.
  • Patient Experience Enhancement:
    Implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and retention. Address patient feedback and concerns effectively, promoting a patient-centric culture across all practice locations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    Work closely with the revenue cycle, billing, and compliance teams to ensure seamless integration of operations and adherence to financial policies.
  • Regulatory Compliance:
    Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, OSHA, and other applicable standards. Conduct regular audits and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Standardized Practices:
    Develop and maintain standardized operational procedures and policies across all sites to promote consistency and efficiency in practice operations.
  • Performance Metrics:
    Establish and analyze practice performance metrics, reporting trends and outcomes to senior leadership. Use data-driven insights to guide operational decisions.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field – preferred, not required
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare management, preferably in a multi-site practice setting
  • Strong understanding of practice operations and revenue cycle management
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze complex data and drive operational improvement initiatives
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards
  • Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) and practice management software
