Kelly Pediatric Therapy is seeking passionate Physical Therapists to provide school-based services in the Exton and West Chester, PA areas. We have both full-time and part-time opportunities available, offering flexibility for PTs looking for a schedule that fits their needs.
As a school-based Physical Therapist, you will work with students to improve mobility, strength, balance, coordination, and functional skills that help them participate successfully in the school environment. You will collaborate with teachers, families, and other members of the educational team while providing individualized therapy based on each student's needs and goals.
Responsibilities:
- Provide physical therapy services to students in a school setting
- Evaluate students and develop individualized treatment plans
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other related-service professionals
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational goals
- Help students improve functional mobility and independence
Qualifications:
- Current Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Pediatric or school-based experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Passion for working with children and helping students succeed

We also offer assistance with IEP development, student progress monitoring, documentation and reporting, as well as continuous professional development through training opportunities and CEUs.
