Lead With Your Clinical Expertise
Provide clinical leadership and mentorship to BCBAs and ABA staff while overseeing the quality of ABA and IBHS services.
Multidisciplinary Environment
Collaborate across ABA, IBHS, Speech, OT, PT, Mental Health, and other services to support coordinated, high-quality care.

What You'll Do- Oversee clinical programs and services across multiple locations
- Support and mentor BCBAs, supervisors, and clinical staff
- Monitor quality, compliance, documentation, and service delivery
- Support program development and expansion
- Conduct site visits and help address operational needs
- Collaborate with families, schools, providers, and community partners
- Assist with complex clinical cases and provide consultation
- Work closely with the CEO on organizational initiatives
- Current BCBA certification
- Master's degree or higher in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, Behavioral Health, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in ABA, IBHS, behavioral health, or related services
- Demonstrated experience supervising BCBAs and/or clinical teams
- Strong knowledge of Pennsylvania IBHS requirements
- Excellent leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in a multidisciplinary environment preferred
- Ability to travel between service locations
- $100,000–$120,000 annual salary
