Talent Acquisition Manager
What we’re looking for: The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for leading the organization’s recruitment strategy and execution to attract, hire, and retain high-quality talent. This role partners with leadership to align hiring initiatives with business objectives and ensures positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
What you’ll be doing:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with company goals and workforce plans
- Partner with leadership to identify current and future hiring needs
- Drive continuous improvement in talent acquisition processes and tools
Recruitment & Hiring
- Lead full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding
- Build strong pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles
- Manage relationships with external agencies, job boards, and sourcing platforms
- Ensure a consistent and effective candidate evaluation process
Employer Branding & Candidate Experience
- Enhance employer brand to attract top talent
- Promote positive and professional candidate experience
- Develop recruitment marketing initiatives and outreach programs
Data & Reporting
- Monitor key recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, cost-per-hire)
- Provide insights and recommendations based on hiring data
- Ensure compliance with hiring regulations and company policies
- Manage and mentor recruiters or sourcing specialists
- Provide training and best practices for hiring managers
What Success Looks Like
- Strong pipeline of qualified candidates across roles
- Reduced time-to-fill and improved hiring quality
- Positive feedback from candidates and hiring managers
- Alignment between hiring outcomes and business growth goals
What you bring to the table:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience (leadership experience preferred)
- Proven success managing full-cycle recruitment processes
- Compensation based upon background and experience
