Talent Intern
The Talent Intern supports the Talent and HR team with learning and development initiatives, content creation, and program coordination. This role offers hands-on experience in instructional design, learning programs, and HR operations while contributing to meaningful projects that support employee growth. The Talent Intern also assists with recruiting and general HR tasks, contributing to a well-rounded and integrated people strategy.
Key responsibilities include supporting learning programs including onboarding and leadership development, helping design and update training materials (presentations, guides, eLearning content), assisting with training logistics, communications, and facilitation support, supporting learning and HR-related projects and documentation, assisting with Learning Management System (LMS) administration, course setup, and reporting, and providing exposure to recruiting and general HR activities.
Qualifications include currently pursuing a degree in HR, Learning & Development, Instructional Design, Communications, Psychology or a related field, strong organization, communication, and attention to detail, interest in learning, talent development, or HR, and familiarity with Microsoft Office; design or eLearning tools a plus.
