Sr. Solutions Architect – SAP PP/QM

Onsite, 3 days a week in Exton, PA. Hybrid 6–12 month contract. Local candidates strongly preferred. Open to relocation.

Sr. Solutions Architect – SAP PP/QM collaborates with Quality and Operations functions to define, deliver IT-enabled business solutions, support SAP Quality Management processes within Plan-to-Make workstream, and manage SLA and metrics. Provides system support and maintenance, change control, regulatory compliance (Sarbanes-Oxley, FDA GMP), SOP creation, and attendance.

• Collaborate with Quality, Operations, and Warehouse to define detailed business requirements for IT enablement.
• Define strategic direction and design & deliver technical Quality Management solutions in partnership with Application and Infrastructure.
• Provide technical delivery of functionality to meet defined business requirements.
• Use breadth of expertise to solve complex problems and provide system support and maintenance aligned with standards, procedures, client policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Create and maintain system lifecycle documents (SOPs, SOIs, Job Aids) following client policies.
• Participate in the Change Control process and adhere to all regulations, policies, procedures, and safety rules.
• Exhibit reliable attendance and punctuality.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Management, Supply Chain or equivalent.
• 8–10+ years of related work experience with 3 or more full implementations of SAP QM solutions.
• Preferred:
  Agile & Scrum Certification, ITIL.

• In-depth knowledge of SAP QM system functionality and technical understanding of SAP QM and integrated Supply Chain functions (PP/PI, EWM, MM, PM).
• At least 3 end-to-end implementations of SAP ERP with experience on latest ERP release, S/4 HANA an plus.
• Deep understanding of SAP Quality Management areas (Quality Planning, Inspections, Notifications, Batch Management, Traceability, Workflow, Non-Conformance, Specification, Physical Samples, Stability Analysis, Result Recordings, Reporting, QM Control Keys) and integration experience from LIMS and MES Systems with SAP (plus).
• Ability to manage a team, drive delivery, collaborate with local and global teams, and work autonomously in a fast-paced complex environment.
• Experience managing Support teams to meet SLA, perform regression testing for change release, and coordinate master data cleansing.
• Supports Lean Sigma programs and activities.
