  • Identify new product opportunities that leverage data, analytics, and AI to deliver measurable customer and business impact.
  • Shape product strategy across multiple teams or domains through influence, not authority.
  • Clearly articulate how data management and AI initiatives support Energage’s broader platform, data, and growth strategy.
Product Discovery
  • Own end-to-end discovery for complex and zero-to-one initiatives.
  • Synthesize qualitative research, quantitative analysis, and competitive intelligence into clear problem statements and opportunities.

Data Management and AI Product Leadership
  • Partner deeply with Data Science to shape ML-powered features, including inputs, outputs, evaluation metrics, and monitoring.
  • Translate model behavior into understandable, actionable user experiences.
  • Ensure AI products are explainable, trustworthy, and aligned with data governance, privacy, and quality standards.
  • Guide tradeoffs between model sophistication, usability, and time to value.
Delivery and Execution
  • Take full ownership from the idea through post-launch impact, including iteration and optimization.
  • Lead large, cross-team initiatives that require coordination across product areas.
  • Anticipate risks and proactively adjust scope, sequencing, or approach.
  • Define clear outcomes and success metrics; track adoption, usage, and business impact.
  • Ensure solutions meet high standards for quality, performance, accessibility, security, and resilience.
Leadership and Influence
  • Serve as a mentor and thought leader within Product Management.
  • Lead through influence, aligning stakeholders across Product, Engineering, UX, Data Science, Sales, and Customer Success.
  • Foster a culture of customer centricity, experimentation, and high product standards.
  • Communicate complex ideas clearly to executives and cross-functional partners.
  • Champion continuous improvement in product practices and decision-making.
What Your Bring to the Role
  • 8+ years of product management experience with ownership of complex, high-impact products.
  • Deep experience building analytics-heavy products, insights, or data platforms.
  • Hands-on experience working with machine learning models in production environments.
  • Proven partnership with Data Science on model development, evaluation, and iteration.
  • Experience delivering both customer-facing tools and enabling platform capabilities.
  • SaaS experience required. HR or people data experience preferred.
