Principal Oracle SCM Analyst

As a Principal Analyst, you will scope and lead large projects, working closely with architecture and development teams to deliver solutions that enable the Supply Chain organization to continue growing and evolving Ricoh’s business. You will operate under the general direction of a Senior Manager and provide expertise and technical guidance supported by an in-depth, cross‑functional understanding of applications and architecture.

• Serve as a functional domain expert for Supply Chain, providing recommendations on system configurations and development impacting:
  • Warehouse Management
  • Transportation Management
  • Inventory Management
• Act as an expert on core configurations and setups in Oracle ERP for Supply Chain functions.
• Support end‑to‑end fulfillment and forecasting workflows
  .
• Collect, extract, and analyze data from various systems and sources to:
  • Identify and resolve issues
  • Define baselines and trends
  • Recommend improvement opportunities
• Design, develop, and manage reports for both custom‑built and off‑the‑shelf applications.
• Develop, document, communicate, and implement business workflows.
• Develop and execute test plans to evaluate system performance.
• Analyze results, report findings, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

Typically

Required:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum 9 years of experience in Information Technology.
• Minimum 7 years of experience gathering requirements and documentation.
• Minimum 7 years of experience with testing and defect management.
  
  Minimum 5 years of experience leading complex IT projects.
• Experience managing medium to large enterprise‑wide projects
  , including defining milestones and ensuring delivery.
• Experience managing multiple large projects simultaneously
  .
• Proven ability to coordinate and drive cross‑functional discussions.
• Demonstrated experience building and maintaining relationships with senior‑level stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of ERP technologies
  , preferably Oracle eBusiness Suite and OTM.
• Hands‑on experience owning solutions end‑to‑end, from requirements gathering through implementation.
• Familiarity with the Order‑to‑Cash lifecycle
  .
• Experience negotiating competing or conflicting business requests.
• PMP certification is a plus.

• Typical office environment with adequate lighting, ventilation, and normal temperature and noise levels.
• Work assignments are diversified and require interpreting, comprehending, and applying complex information.
• Minimal physical effort required; work is primarily sedentary.
• Occasional walking, standing, bending, reaching, and lifting objects typically under 10 lbs (e.g., files, books, small parts).
• Moderate dexterity required, with regular use of basic office tools such as keyboards and calculators.
