We are seeking an experienced Senior Systems Analyst to support and enhance SAP planning and configuration solutions within a complex enterprise environment. This is a full-time, direct-hire position. Only candidates seeking permanent employment will be considered. Contractors, consultants, third-party representatives, and candidates seeking contract-to-hire arrangements will not be considered. Location is Exton, PA, with a hybrid work schedule. Candidates who are willing to relocate will be considered.
The client is open to providing sponsorship and relocation assistance for qualified candidates.
- Partner with business stakeholders to analyze, improve, and automate key business processes.
- Design, configure, and support SAP planning and configuration solutions.
- Manage production support activities, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and system enhancements.
- Lead change management efforts, including testing, documentation, training, and user adoption.
- Translate business requirements into scalable system solutions aligned with organizational goals.
- Support ERP implementation, upgrade, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, IT resources, and external partners to deliver successful project outcomes.
- Lead or support small to mid-sized projects while ensuring quality, compliance, and timely delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
- 8+ years of experience supporting or implementing SAP Planning solutions, including Variant Configuration (VC).
- Experience participating in multiple full-cycle SAP implementations, upgrades, or transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of business process analysis, system configuration, testing, and production support.
- Experience with S/4
HANA implementations or ERP modernization initiatives preferred. - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
