Position Summary
We are looking for a data-driven Paid Media Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will execute and optimize campaigns across key paid media platforms. You will leverage data and analytics to uncover insights, support complex business objectives, and drive measurable outcomes across campaigns. You will also play a key role in the operational management of the paid media function, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in day-to-day processes.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential, along with the ability to balance executional and operational responsibilities effectively. The ideal candidate brings a proactive, curious mindset, is comfortable working in ambiguity, and eager to leverage AI and automation to improve workflows, enhance insights, and increase overall efficiency.
- Executing lead generating paid media strategies and campaigns across digital ad platforms such as Linked In Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Reddit Ads, and other relevant advertising channels
- Trafficking advertising campaigns into digital platforms, including ad creative, keywords, URL UTMs, audience building, and more
- Ensuring that advertising messages align with client or company objectives
- Measuring and executing A/B split testing for ad creative, copy, landing pages, etc to ensure optimal campaign performance
- Running incrementality tests, lift studies, or geo‑experiments
- Working with conversion tracking setups (Google Tag Manager, pixels, offline conversions)
- Optimizing and auditing campaigns under supervision of senior Paid Media team members
- Monitoring the performance of online advertising campaigns and reporting the results to relevant stakeholders
- Researching the current media and competitor landscape and keeping up to date with the latest media trends
- Building and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders, advertising platform reps, and agency partners
- Review, understand and take action based performance dashboards (Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI) data
- Analyzing CAC, CPL, ROAS, and conversion rates to guide optimization
- Analyzing CAC, CGoogle Tag Manager

- Excel/Sheets advanced functions (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, REGEX, QUERY)
- CRM or MAP familiarity (Hub Spot, Salesforce, Marketo)
- Understanding attribution models (first‑touch, last‑touch, data‑driven)
- 2-3 years or greater experience with online paid media platforms such as Google Search, FB & Instagram Ads, You Tube Ads, and more
- Ability to use a variety of advertising analytics tools, databases and spreadsheet programs to track and manage advertising campaigns
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to network
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Effective at working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
