Must have 4‑5 years’ experience in the correct kind of payroll, ideally with implementation experience.

Dual role with 75% of the time focused on projects and 25% on analytical work.

• Lead the main Workday implementation project for Payroll & AON outsource, including data collation, testing, and ensuring the team meets deadlines.
• Assist with the W2 year‑end season work.
• Collaborate with the project team, provide project coordination, and drive project milestones.
• Perform analytical tasks related to payroll processes.

• 4‑5 years’ experience in U.S. payroll (implementation of Workday/ADP).
• Advanced Excel experience.
• Experience with W2 reporting.
• Project experience within payroll departments, preferably in mid‑size to large organizations.
• Comfortable with testing in Workday.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to change.

• Experience in both Workday and ADP implementations (at least one required).
• Strong project management skills.
• Accountability and confidence in project delivery.
