Job Title: SAP Solution Architect SAP PP

Location: Exton, PA (3 days/week onsite)

Duration: 12 Months Contract

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Solution Architect SAP PP to collaborate with Production, Operations, and Supply Chain teams in defining, delivering, and supporting SAP-enabled business solutions. This role will lead the design, implementation, and support of SAP S/4

HANA Production Planning (PP) with hands‑on expertise in MRP, BOMs, routings, work centers, production orders, and capacity planning
.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience integrating SAP PP with MES, QM, MM, and EWM to support end‑to‑end manufacturing execution and drive operational excellence in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

• Partner with Production, Operations, and Supply Chain stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable SAP S/4
  
  HANA PP solutions.
• Lead requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, documentation, and validation of business and functional requirements.
• Provide deep expertise in SAP S/4
  
  HANA Production Planning (PP), including integration with QM, MM, EWM, and MES/shop floor systems
  .
• Design, configure, test, and deliver SAP S/4
  
  HANA PP solutions aligned with business goals.
• Ensure seamless integration between SAP S/4
  
  HANA and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) for real‑time production execution.
• Support end‑to‑end implementation activities including configuration, SIT/UAT testing, deployment, and go‑live support.
• Drive process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations.
• Develop and maintain functional specifications, SOPs, system documentation, and job aids.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements (
  SOX, FDA GMP
  ), and change control processes.
• Collaborate effectively in cross‑functional and global teams to deliver high‑quality outcomes.

• 10+ years of SAP experience with strong expertise in SAP S/4
  
  HANA Production Planning (PP).
• Hands‑on experience with:
  • MRP
  • BOMs
  • Routings
  • Work Centers
  • Production Orders
  • Capacity Planning
• Strong integration experience with QM, MM, EWM, and MES systems.
• Experience with SAP configuration (IMG), enhancements, system integration, SIT/UAT testing
  , and deployment.
• Exposure to Quality Management (QM) and Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) integration points.
• Experience in manufacturing environments
  ; pharma/life sciences domain experience is highly preferred
  .
• Strong problem‑solving, stakeholder management, and solution architecture experience.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, complex environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and ITIL methodologies is a plus.
• Familiarity with FDA GMP
  , SOX compliance
  , and regulated manufacturing environments preferred.
