McKenna Snyder LLC’s growing law practice in Exton, PA has an opportunity a legal receptionist. Our law firm specializes in litigation, education, special education and/or charter school law. The Firm has a robust practice focusing on educational institutions and small and mid-sized businesses in a range of fields including education, special education, charter schools, labor and employment, business and corporate, environmental law and workers' compensation defense.
ResponsibilitiesMcKENNA SNYDER LLC is seeking a full-time Legal Receptionist for an on-site role located in Exton, PA. The Legal Receptionist will be responsible for managing front desk operations, including greeting clients and visitors, answering and directing phone calls, and other administrative tasks. Additional responsibilities include handling correspondence, organizing and preparing legal documents, managing incoming and outgoing mail, and providing administrative support to attorneys and staff.
Qualifications- Experience with receptionist duties and strong phone etiquette
- Knowledge of legal practices and legal document preparation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a professional office setting, handling multiple tasks effectively
- Proficiency in office software and scheduling tools
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Prior experience in a legal environment is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in office administration or legal studies are advantageous
