Project Manager - Industrial Equipment & Material Handling in Exton

Job Description Allen-Sherman-Hoff (ASH) | Ash Handling & Engineered Systems ANDRITZ ~10% Travel Lead industrial equipment projects from order to customer delivery.

ANDRITZ is seeking a Project Manager to lead customer project execution across the Allen-Sherman-Hoff (ASH) portfolio, supporting engineered ash handling and material handling systems used in heavy industrial environments.

This is a hands‑on, execution-focused role for someone experienced in managing industrial equipment orders, engineered systems, fabrication, field work, and customer delivery —
not a general or software‑based project management position.

You will own projects from order handoff through fabrication, logistics, field execution, and final delivery
, working cross‑functionally to ensure successful outcomes for both the business and the customer.

• End-to-end execution of industrial equipment and engineered systems projects
• Scope, schedule, cost, margin, and quality performance
• Customer communication as the primary point of contact
• Coordination across:
  • Engineering
  • Procurement
  • Fabrication / Manufacturing
  • Quality
  • Logistics
  • Field Service
• Contract execution, change management, and delivery performance
• Project documentation and compliance with internal and customer requirements

• Lead full lifecycle execution of customer orders from kickoff to final turnover
• Serve as the single point of contact for customers

• Verify orders (scope, pricing, quantities, milestones, delivery) and maintain contract accuracy
• Coordinate internal teams and external suppliers to ensure on‑time, on‑budget execution
• Manage fabrication, procurement, logistics, and field support activities
• Support proposals, change orders, and commercial adjustments
• Resolve technical, quality, and delivery issues and drive corrective actions
• Support pre‑commissioning, commissioning, and performance testing
• Track progress, manage risks, and provide structured project status updates

• Industrial retrofit, outage, or field service execution
• Heavy process industry (power, cement, steel, mining, etc.)

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field
• OR 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in an industrial environment
• Experience managing industrial equipment or engineered systems projects
• Strong understanding of:
  • Project execution (scope, schedule, cost, quality)
  • Contract review and order management
  • Cross-functional coordination
