The RoleThis position oversees the Internal Operations of the EMS3/Exton office, focusing primarily on the billing and account integration teams. These teams are responsible for onboarding new submetering properties and delivering consistent, recurring billing services across the entire EMS3 portfolio of recurring revenue. A critical aspect of this role is fostering close collaboration with the Director of Field Services (US) to ensure that service levels are consistently met and that clients receive a seamless experience.
This includes providing strong leadership in the Exton office during a period of significant growth and change, while also managing relationships with business leaders, technology teams, and external partners.
The Director of Internal Operations will report directly to the COO of EMS3, with a “dotted line” to the US President. This role is integral to advancing Metergy’s mission of providing building owners and occupants with accurate, reliable utility consumption data through industry‑leading submetering and billing solutions, while cultivating a work environment where team members are inspired and empowered to make a positive impact.
