* Position Summary:
*
* The PMO Manager at Bentley Systems will lead a team of Project Managers within the region, ensuring they follow processes and deliver projects on time/budget to Bentley Users. As a PMO Manager, you will drive your PM team to align with company strategies, giving the right priorities and guiding in day-to-day activities.
** Responsibilities:*
* + Lead a diverse and virtually organized team of Project Managers and Project Coordinators to meet both team and company objectives
+ Manage team members' assignments and schedules to meet utilization targets and balance workload
+ Assign the right Project Manager to the right account, depending on personal characteristics, seniority, and workload
+ Ensure projects within your region are delivered on time/budget
+ Perform periodic project reviews to ensure company processes are followed
+ Prepare and maintain a development plan for each team member
+ Manage first-level escalations, being able to escalate further if/when needed
+ Foster communication and collaboration within your team and across the PMO
+ Report business status, risks, and issues to the PMO director
+ Empower team members to take responsibility for their jobs and goals, creating accountability.
+ Provide performance evaluations for the team through structured performance appraisals and regular feedback.
+ Consciously create a workplace culture that is consistent with the overall Bentley mission and values.
+ Travel to customer sites, user conferences, and internal meetings may be required up to 20%
+ This is a full-time individual contributor role, which involves significant collaboration and coordination with managers, peers and other colleagues of the company in person, and/or by utilizing Microsoft Teams chat, calling and meeting functions. Requires sitting or standing at will while performing work on a computer.

* Qualifications:
*
* + Bachelor's degree in engineering or closely related industry degree required.
+ Strong experience (7+ years) as a Project Manager is required.
+ Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team in a virtual environment required.
+ Ability to travel up to 20% is required.
+ Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, ability to build and maintain relationships internally and externally.
+ Excellent analytical skills with the ability to think strategically as well as implement tactically
+ Exceptional time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills; ability to quickly adapt and react to changing circumstances and demands with close attention to detail.
