Studio Manager (Part Time) – BODYBAR Pilates, Exton, PA
Hours:
24–30 hours per week. Salary: $25–$32/hour based on experience.
This is part time on site, 5 days a week. Hours initially will be fixed. Working hours 9 AM‑2 PM MWF and 2 PM‑6 PM TTh in person at Exton Studio. We can change the days of week morning vs evening.

BODYBAR Pilates is a fast-growing boutique fitness franchise delivering dynamic, results-driven Pilates through our signature BODYBAR method. We're opening our brand-new Exton, PA studio at The Shops on Eagleview Boulevard – a high-traffic, high-income market with a built-in audience of health-conscious professionals and families. This is a ground-floor opportunity with a proven franchise playbook, a clear path to growth, and an owner who is in it with you every step of the way.
The RoleWe're looking for a Studio Manager who wants to build something — not just manage it. You'll be the operational and cultural heartbeat of BODYBAR Pilates Exton, from the pre-opening membership rush through year one and beyond. You'll build and lead a sales team, own our membership growth, and create the kind of community where members don't just show up — they bring their friends.

What You'll Own- Pre-opening membership sales campaign – you will hit the ground running before doors even open
- Monthly revenue targets across memberships, retail, and retention
- Recruiting, training, and energizing a front-desk sales team
- Grassroots marketing – local events, partnerships, and community buzz-building
- Day-to-day studio vibe and operations: scheduling, inventory, cleanliness, member experience
- Tracking KPIs and adjusting on the fly to keep hitting goals
- 2+ years leading a team in a sales-driven environment
- 3+ years in fitness, wellness, hospitality, luxury retail, or service sales with a track record of crushing targets
- Sharp lead-generation instincts – you fill a pipeline through relationships and events, not just walk-ins
- Clear, confident communicator – in person, on the phone, in writing
- Comfortable with CRM/scheduling tools (Mindbody experience a plus)
- Organized, accountable, and reliable – you follow through, every time
