The Senior Director, Supply Chain Center of Excellence, is the enterprise leader responsible for transforming supply chain planning from fragmented coordination to disciplined, enterprise-wide decision architecture. This role establishes IBP as the single enterprise tradeoff forum, institutionalizes data governance and planning standards while ensuring that execution signals are translated into leadership-level decisions. The position acts as the neutral enterprise integrator connecting commercial, operations, platform launches and capacity strategy.
This is a leadership role accountable for supply chain governance, enterprise standards, and scalable execution infrastructure. The Senior Director will own IBP governance and tradeoff discipline enterprise-wide, establish enterprise planning standards and baseline ways of working, define master data ownership and data integrity governance, enable capacity scaling, network balancing, and platform launch readiness.
Elevate IBP to the single enterprise decision engine for demand, capacity, inventory, allocation, and launch sequencing. Establish escalation pathways for demand/capacity imbalances. Standardize SIOP inputs/outputs across regions and OUs. Ensure all enterprise tradeoffs are laddered into IBP (no parallel decision forums). Establish master data governance by domain with clear accountability. Define and standardize KPI architecture (OTIF, confirmed lead-time adherence, backlog aging, etc.).
Ensure forecast accuracy and capacity input accountability remain with the Ous while governed centrally. Implement audit mechanisms for process adherence and data discipline. Lead enterprise capacity visibility and allocation governance. Support digital twin and dynamic network modeling ambition. Institutionalize launch-to-capacity orchestration for growth platforms. Align analytics outputs explicitly to required business decisions. Institutionalize predictive capacity risk modeling and forecast bias detection.
Define scenario modeling standards for launches, transfers, and segmentation. Ensure AI scales precision only after standards and governance are enforced. Act as neutral enterprise integrator connecting commercial, operations, R&D launches, and supply governance. Shift culture from local optimization to enterprise tradeoff thinking. Reinforce ownership mindset over permission-seeking behaviors. Embed process excellence, defined cadence, and root-cause governance loops.
Make independent and sound judgments. Multitask, work under time constraints, problem solve and prioritize. Excellent communicator with ability to maintain confidentiality and resolve conflicts and ambiguity. Use written and verbal communication skills effectively. Read and interpret data, information and documents to analyze and solve problems. Learn and apply new information and new skills. Able to comply with the company's safety and quality policies at all times.
