Responsibilities:- Lead cross-functional programs involving hardware and software development.
- Manage program scope, timelines, budgets, and performance metrics.
- Partner with Engineering and Production to plan development and test schedules, track milestones, and ensure successful execution.
- Facilitate program reviews, align stakeholders, and remove obstacles.
- Identify risk and develop risk mitigation strategies.
- Drive completion of programs on schedule and within budget while meeting technical requirements and customer expectations.
- Coordinate product builds and delivery with competing development and testing resources and activities in a matrix organization.
- Primary interface for customers, building trusted relationships.
- Drive continuous improvement by incorporating customer and team feedback.
- Support proposals and collaborate with leadership on strategic project decisions.
- Available for business travel
