Our core competencies include drug metabolism, pharmacokinetics/ pharmacodynamics (PK/PD), safety and toxicology, bioanalytical services, chemistry and manufacturing controls for drug development, and core laboratory services for clinical trials.

Position/Job Summary:

This position is responsible for the execution of warehouse functions including material ordering, shipping, receiving, material management, staging, transporting, inventory maintenance and record keeping in a regulated environment. This position reports to the Manager of CTM Manufacturing.

• Ensure proper flow of goods in and out of the facility, including raw materials and finished products, in accordance with the procedures.
• Order materials, maintain accurate physical and documented inventory of goods with proper logging procedures.
• Ensure proper storage of raw materials and finished product as per storage requirements
• Timely, efficient packaging and shipping of clinical trial materials.
• Follow client’s instructions for special needs such as temperature and time sensitive shipments, hazardous good shipments, etc.
• Stage materials as needed for sampling or manufacturing needs.
• Follow GMP/SOP procedures for receiving, logging, maintaining, disposing (expired), shipping of materials.
• Other miscellaneous tasks as assigned to support functions in Facilities and Manufacturing, etc.

Education, Experience & Skills Required:

• High School Diploma required at the minimum.
• Must be able to read, understand, and follow SOP’s
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word programs.
• Self-motivated and, detail oriented, learner.
• Excellent organization and planning skills.
• Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of basic manufacturing and supply chain preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in warehouse functions including material ordering, shipping, receiving, material management, staging transporting, inventory maintenance and record keeping in a regulated environment.
