We are seeking a motivated and hands‑on Machine Assembler to join our team. This role is essential to our operations, playing a key part in building and assembling our industry‑leading filling machines while supporting our commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
As a Machine Assembler, you will work closely with engineering and production teams to ensure our equipment meets the highest standards and contributes to the ongoing success and growth of the company.
This position is a great fit for someone with mechanical aptitude—especially candidates with 2+ years of experience as an auto mechanic who are interested in transitioning into a manufacturing career.
Principal Responsibilities- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, and bills of materials
- Assemble machinery using hand and power tools
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues
- Perform rework based on engineering changes
- Clean and inspect parts and returned units
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean workspace
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematics
- Ability to follow instructions, both verbal and written
- Detail‑oriented and consistent
- Works well independently and as a productive member of a team
- Ability to maintain and perform basic repairs on equipment
- Mechanical aptitude and repair skills
- Basic ability in mathematics, reading, or writing
Working 100% of the time in a manufacturing facility setting. Subject to noise from machinery used from time to time.
Physical Demands- Prolonged periods standing and performing repetitive tasks
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs plus required
- Must have manual dexterity in order to assemble products or machines as directed
- Must have excellent hand‑eye coordination
- Ability to differentiate between colored wires, tabs, and electronic components
- Requires ability to walk, climb, stand, carry materials, stoop, kneel, bend at waist
- Must be able to climb ladder
This is a full‑time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Some overtime required as business needs dictate.

Education And Experience- High School Diploma or GED required
- Technical College
- Experience with electrical, electronic, or mechanical assembly process a plus

Salary: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
