Ster Seating is looking for an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to enhance production operations in Exton, Pennsylvania. In this cross-functional role, you will lead continuous improvement initiatives, document Standard Work, and manage capital equipment projects.
The ideal candidate should possess 3–5 years of manufacturing engineering experience, ideally in a fabrication or assembly environment, and be proficient in lean manufacturing tools. A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
