Manufacturing Associate – Tester​/Segmenter

Overview

Omega Flex, a leading manufacturer of Flexible Gas Hose, is seeking dedicated team players to join as Manufacturing Associates – Testers/Segmenters in Exton, PA. This role involves working in an onsite manufacturing environment that emphasizes collaboration, safety, and high-performance results. Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds and be dependable, motivated, and ready for a long-term career.

• Segmenting & Cutting:
  Accurately measure, cut, and segment raw materials using specialized equipment (e.g., saws, laser cutters, or automated machinery).
• Quality Control:
  Inspect materials for defects, ensuring all cuts meet required specifications and quality standards.
• Machine Operation & Maintenance:
  Operate and maintain cutting equipment, troubleshoot minor issues, and report malfunctions.
• Safety Compliance:
  Follow company and industry safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Collaboration:
  
  Work closely with production teams, machine operators, and quality control personnel to meet production targets.

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment (preferred).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, or work instructions.
• Familiarity with cutting equipment and manufacturing tools.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks and lift materials as needed.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math and reading skills and the ability to read measuring instruments.
• Must be able to lift 60 pounds daily.
• Mechanical ability and/or prior manufacturing experience is helpful but not required (training provided).
• Reliable and dependable worker with strong work ethic.

• Day Shift: 7:00am – 3:00pm;
  Night Shift: 3:00pm – 11:00pm.

• Competitive pay starting between $15-$19/hr, with potential for overtime and pay raises at 3 months, 6 months, and on the first anniversary.
