Assembly Worker

Job Description

General Ecology, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Assembly Worker to join their small team responsible for assembling mechanical parts and consumer goods. This full-time, hands-on role involves putting together parts, products, and accessories while ensuring quality and safety standards are met. The position operates Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with occasional overtime.

Responsibilities

• Assemble parts, products, and accessories as directed
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure standards are met
• Maintain safety compliance throughout all tasks
• Document assembly processes and outcomes accurately
• Collaborate effectively with team members in a small group setting
• Keep the workstation clean and organized

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

• Three or more years of assembly work experience
• Strong manual dexterity and use of hand tools
• Able to read and follow assembly instructions
• Experience with quality control and safety procedures
• Good time management and teamwork skills
• Basic math proficiency
