NETZSCH, a leading manufacturer of pumps and pump solutions, is looking for a motivated team player to join their team as a Material Handler in Exton, PA.

- Receive, inspect, and put away materials from external vendors and internal production departments.
- Pick and stage materials for production orders and spare-part orders.
- Process inventory transactions and movements accurately in SAP (ERP system).
- Break down crates, boxes, and other incoming packaging materials.
- Transport materials between departments using carts, stand-up forklifts, and sit-down forklifts.
- Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to move, stage, and organize materials.
- Package small and large items for shipment, ensuring proper protection and preparation for transit.
- Schedule outgoing shipments through Fed Ex, UPS, and LTL carriers and coordinate carrier pickups.
- Build skids and pallets as needed using basic woodworking techniques and power tools, including nail guns, table saws, and drills.
- Maintain organized and clean work areas by following 5S practices, including sweeping, cleaning, and organizing materials and equipment.
- Scan, organize, and electronically file documents as needed.
- Assist with cycle counts, inventory accuracy, and the identification and correction of inventory discrepancies.
- Collaborate with production, warehouse, and shipping teams to ensure materials are available and shipments are processed accurately and on time.
