DescriptionThis is an onsite position requiring the team member to be onsite 5 days a week. No relocation is provided for this opportunity.
This role is based across our facilities in Exton and Radnor, Pennsylvania, with time regularly split between both locations.

Job SummaryEngage in a variety of daily operations involving warehouses, site maintenance, and testing of products for life cycle management and sustaining West's core facility safety and security.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Perform in-process inspections and create documentation as necessary.
- Coordinate/perform maintenance and calibration of equipment.
- Perform electronic transactions for inventory control, process documentation, and data collections.
- Provide training to other technicians as necessary.
- Perform analysis using various techniques including established and experimental test methods, statistical methods, and good documentation skills. #LI-AP1 #LI-ONSITE
- High School Diploma required
- Associate's Degree Technical Field (Chemistry/Biology/Engineering) preferred
- 3+ years in manufacturing processing (prefer broad exposure and experience in molding, finishing, packaging and equipment maintenance.)
- Experience and familiarity with electronic and mechanical manufacturing equipment .
- Experience with workshop handling
Skills and Abilities
- Proficiency with basic computer skills inclusive of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Proficiency with SAP or other ERP systems.
- Able to be aware of all relevant standard operating procedures as per Company policy as they are related to the position covered by this Job Description.
- Able to comply with the company’s safety and quality policies at all times.
- Knowledgeable in test method validations, specifically Gage R&R, preferred.
- Knowledge of statistics and experience using Minitab, preferred.
- Knowledge of specific ISO standards – Quality Management Systems for Medical Devices, preferred.

Up to 13 business days per year
Heavy-Exerting up to 100lbs/45kg of force occasionally and/or up to 50lb/22kg of force frequently, and/or up to 20lbs/9kg of force constantly to move objects.
Additional Requirements- Works well in a fast-paced environment, with minimal supervision and guidance.
- Track record of proven mechanical ability and troubleshooting skills is desired.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint.)
- SAP experience is a plus.
