Accent Care is seeking a Patient Care Manager, RN to lead patient care operations within a biotechnology and pharmaceutical-focused environment. In partnership with Hanford Pharmaceuticals, this role oversees RN-led care programs, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols, safety, and regulatory standards. The Patient Care Manager supervises nursing staff, coordinates care plans, and collaborates closely with physicians, pharmacists, and cross-functional teams. You will monitor patient outcomes, drive quality improvement initiatives, and support inspections and audits.
Working in a culture of collaboration and innovation, you'll help implement best practices, support staff development, and contribute to advancing high-quality pharmaceutical-related patient care.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily patient care operations for pharmaceutical clinical programs
- Coordinate nursing care plans and ensure adherence to treatment protocols
- Supervise, mentor, and schedule RN staff and care teams
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality standards
- Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and interdisciplinary teams
- Monitor patient outcomes and implement quality improvement initiatives
- Develop and update patient care policies and procedures
- Lead patient and family education on treatment plans and medications
