Axia Women’s Health is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for Triage & Support at our Chester County OB/GYN practice in West Chester, PA. The role handles patient inquiries by phone and messaging, performing clinical triage and documentation in the EMR, and coordinating follow-up care.
You’ll collaborate with physicians to determine appropriate actions, assist with lab and imaging results, and manage medication refills and care coordination. CPR is required and outpatient experience is preferred.
