Quality Control Associate

Job Overview

The Quality Control Associate will be responsible for review and drafting of data and reports generated in support of DMPK and CGT studies at Pharmaron US lab services.

• Quality control, editing, and formatting of scientific reports and data.
• Writing technical documents.
• Processing raw data from instruments.
• Reviewing and posting documents to the document management system.
• Data processing and organization for reports.
• Tracking metrics to improve production and efficiency.
• Understanding regulatory requirements, operational, and administrative procedures.
• Daily interactions with cross‑functional teams including scientists, management, legal, and accounting.
• Other responsibilities as assigned by management.

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmaceutical sciences, life sciences or a related scientific field.
• 1 to 3 years of relevant industrial or academic experience.
• Good communication skills, strong written skills, and attention to detail.
• Strong work ethic, self‑motivation, and ability to adapt in a dynamic team environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products – Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
