Inte Pros is seeking an entry level Quality Assurance Associate for an opportunity in Exton, PA. This role supports the Raw Material Laboratory through GMP data review, documentation management, record filing, and administrative support. It is an excellent opportunity for a detail oriented professional looking to develop a career in quality assurance within a regulated manufacturing environment.

Quality Assurance Associate Responsibilities

  • Perform GMP reviews of data generated by Laboratory Operations, primarily in support of the Raw Material Laboratory
  • Review laboratory data for accuracy, completeness, GMP compliance, and data integrity
  • Ensure testing documentation follows established methods, protocols, procedures, and work instructions
  • Review raw material testing methods, protocols, and work instructions for GMP compliance
  • Assist with preparing data packages for approval, including copying, scanning, organizing, and compiling documentation
  • File and maintain completed data packages to support the Raw Material Testing group
  • Learn and review documentation related to new analytical techniques
  • Work independently and collaboratively while demonstrating initiative, adaptability, and a positive attitude
  • Meet individual and departmental performance goals
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, safety requirements, and regulatory standards
  • Maintain regular, reliable, and punctual attendance
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned

Education and Experience:

  • Associate degree in Chemistry or a related scientific field preferred
  • Alternatively, at least two years of related experience may be considered
  • Candidates with a high school diploma should have at least five years of relevant experience
  • Previous experience in quality assurance, laboratory operations, documentation review, or regulated manufacturing is preferred

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

  • Knowledge of GMP requirements and regulated quality systems
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational, documentation, and records management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Willingness to learn laboratory processes and analytical techniques
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and document management systems preferred
