Are you an early-career scientist looking to make an impact in pharmaceutical research? We are seeking an Associate Scientist to join our Bioanalytical Sciences team, supporting discovery bioanalysis and preclinical pharmacokinetic (PK) studies. In this role, you'll work alongside experienced scientists using advanced analytical techniques to generate high-quality data that supports drug discovery and development.

What You'll Do
As an Associate Scientist, you'll play a key role in the successful execution of bioanalytical studies while maintaining the highest standards of quality and scientific integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing analytical methods to support sponsor preclinical PK studies.
- Prepare biological samples for bioanalytical testing and analysis.
- Perform laboratory studies in accordance with approved study protocols and scientific plans.
- Process, analyze, and document study results with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
- Generate technical reports and maintain complete study documentation.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of laboratory instrumentation.
- Maintain laboratory organization and ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Stay current with scientific advancements and emerging analytical technologies.
- Collaborate with scientists and cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality client results.
- Support additional laboratory projects and assignments as needed.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related scientific discipline.
- Minimum of one year of laboratory experience in bioanalytical testing, pharmaceutical research, or a related environment.
- Experience with HPLC and/or UHPLC-MS instrumentation.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to accurately document, analyze, and report scientific data.
- Strong work ethic with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented laboratory.
Preferred
- Experience with Agilent or Waters LC-MS/MS systems.
- Experience performing noncompartmental pharmacokinetic analysis using Phoenix Win Nonlin.
- Knowledge of additional chromatographic techniques and conventional HPLC analytical methods.
- Experience supporting preclinical pharmacokinetic (PK) or drug metabolism and pharmacokinetics (DMPK) studies.

- Work performed in laboratory environments with varying temperatures, lighting, and noise levels.
