Overview

What you’ll do: As a Lead Stock Associate, you will play an important role in the lifecycle of every customer’s purchase. You will build, lead, and motivate your backroom team to execute your vision while providing exceptional service. You and your team will offload and load trailers of furniture to be assembled, arranged, and displayed on the showroom floor; aid customers by loading their purchases into their vehicles;

and maintain a clean and organized backroom and sales floor to ensure that every customer has the ideal shopping experience.

• Lead and develop backroom team to execute the store vision and deliver excellent customer service.
• Coordinate loading and unloading of trailers, and ensure furniture is moved, organized, and displayed correctly.
• Assist customers by loading purchases into vehicles as needed and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Maintain backroom and sales floor organization and inventory accuracy to support efficient operations.

• A commitment to safety practices and maintaining a neat, safe work environment.
• Professional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work a retail schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Regularly lift, lower, push, and pull furniture up to and in excess of 200 lbs.
• Backroom/warehouse and inventory experience is a plus.
