As a Field Merchandiser, you will work independently to showcase organization and time management skills, establish retailer relationships, and act as the face of Hallmark.
The position includes three major components:
- Day‑to‑day engagement: Restock, organize, and monitor inventory of Hallmark products using a mobile device; communicate with supervisor, report time, provide feedback, and answer surveys; interact professionally with store employees, management, and customers.
- Holiday support: Provide additional services during major holidays such as Valentine's Day, Easter, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. May be required to work on holidays and weekends.
- Department resets: Participate in installations and resets of Hallmark fixtures, relocation of card departments, and resetting card sections. Typically notified two weeks in advance; work may include evenings or weekends.
Physically demanding: lift, pull, push up to 30 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally; kneel, squat, walk, stand; climb stairs and step ladders.
Basic qualifications- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to read, write, and understand English
- Ability to lift and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally
- Operate a digital handheld device
- Access to Wi‑Fi and internet
- Consistent transportation to and between assigned stores
- Hourly pay: $13.75 – $15.75 per hour depending on skills and experience
- Paid training: live, hands‑on instruction and virtual classroom
- Part‑time employees receive voluntary benefits (medical, dental, vision, etc.)
- Annual pay increases for eligible employees
- Variable schedule; average 10–15 hours per week; availability required before and after major holidays and for seasonal changeovers
