The Sales floor Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role located in Exton, PA. This role is responsible for overseeing daily salesfloor operations, ensuring merchandise is well-presented, stocked, and aligned with company standards. The Sales floor Supervisor supports and guides sales associates, assists with scheduling and task delegation, and promotes a customer-first environment through active engagement and problem resolution. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring store appearance and cleanliness, assisting with price changes and inventory processes, and collaborating with store leadership to drive sales and uphold company policies and procedures.
This role also helps maintain safety and loss prevention standards while fostering a supportive, team-oriented culture.
- Retail operations and salesfloor supervision skills, including experience overseeing daily store activities and supporting front-line teams.
- Customer service and communication skills, with the ability to engage customers, resolve issues, and build positive shopping experiences.
- Team leadership and coaching skills, including delegating tasks, providing feedback, and fostering a collaborative, inclusive environment.
- Organization and time management skills to prioritize multiple tasks, maintain merchandising standards, and meet operational deadlines.
- Basic math and problem-solving skills to support pricing accuracy, inventory processes, and sales-related decision‑making.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift merchandise as needed, and work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous retail or supervisory experience preferred; experience in off-price or department store environments is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; commitment to Burlington’s values, customer focus, and workplace safety required.
