Role Description

This is a full-time, Sales Coordinator role based in Exton, PA. The Sales Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting the sales team’s daily operations, managing customer communication, processing orders, and maintaining sales documentation. Additional responsibilities include ensuring efficient sales operations, coordinating between internal teams and customers, and assisting with inquiries and resolving issues to enhance customer satisfaction. Collaboration and proactive communication will be essential for success in this role.

Qualifications
  • SAP knowledge is preferred but not required
  • Proven skills in Sales Coordination and effective support of sales teams
  • Strong expertise in Customer Service and the ability to address customer inquiries
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal to foster collaboration with customers and internal teams
  • Attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and accountability, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in computer skills (Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel) and other sales tools is advantageous
  • Self-starter and willing to wear multiple hats to solve problems and willingness to adapt to changing needs of the department and company
