Lemus Remodeling is hiring motivated Entry-Level Sales Representatives to help homeowners explore remodeling solutions while building valuable sales and leadership skills. No industry experience required. We provide training, mentorship, and a clear path for advancement.
Responsibilities:
- Meet with homeowners to discuss remodeling projects and needs
- Conduct in-home consultations and sales presentations
- Build customer relationships and guide homeowners through decisions
- Participate in ongoing sales training and coaching
- Generate and manage opportunities within assigned territories
- Strong communication skills and positive attitude
- Competitive, coachable, and self-motivated mindset
- Comfortable speaking face-to-face with homeowners
- Reliable and driven with a desire to grow
- Experience in sales, customer service, athletics, hospitality, retail, canvassing, or construction is a plus
Compensation & Benefits:
- Guaranteed $30,000+ base salary
- Uncapped commissions and performance bonuses
