Compensation: $90,000 - $175,000 / year
Responsibilities- Meet with pre‑qualified homeowners in their homes to evaluate, consult, and close deals.
- Educate customers about industry‑leading exterior home remodeling solutions.
- Use sales skills to guide homeowners through purchasing decisions.
- Follow the proven sales process to maximize success and increase earning potential.
- Confidence, professionalism, and a drive to succeed.
- Excellent communication skills – able to engage, listen, and guide customers toward the right solution.
- Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented mindset – ready to own success and make an impact.
- Experience building relationships, communicating value, and closing deals, or being a recent graduate eager to learn the role.
- Uncapped earning potential – earn $90k–$175k+ in the first year.
- No cold calling or prospecting – fully qualified, pre‑set appointments are provided.
