My client is a top‑notch Building Automation and Energy Management company that is actively looking for a Building Automation Sales Account Executive to go after business in the tri‑state Philly market. Must be self‑starters, with existing relationships with mechanical contractors and mechanical engineers that will support the signing of at least $2M of control work annually. Also, do take‑offs, create drawings, talk to the customer through the bidding process, etc.
