Maintenance Technician

Our growing company needs a service tech to meet clients at their home or place of business to troubleshoot, diagnose and fix equipment. Strong interpersonal skills are a must in this dynamic role. You have the technical skills to identify problems and the communication skills to explain what needs to be repaired, installed or replaced, and why.

• Keep record of completed projects and the parts used
• Carry out customer warranty services and preventative maintenance plans
• Understand and employ electrical schematics, diagrams, blueprints and wiring diagrams

• Provide outstanding communication to a diverse group of customers and a good problem‑solver
• Applicant must have required local and state HVAC tech licenses
• Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Must be able to safely lift 50 lbs or 100 lbs with help
• We require candidates have a high school diploma or GED

$22-25 hourly
