Exton Crossing is a professionally managed apartment community with over 400 apartment homes in Exton, PA. We're looking for a reliable, hands‑on Maintenance Technician to join our team and help keep our community running smoothly.
Schedule:Full-time
Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Rotating on‑call schedule for after‑hours maintenance emergencies
What You'll Do- Complete maintenance requests in apartments and common areas
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance to help keep the property in great condition
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, carpentry, and other building systems
- Prepare apartments for new residents (turnovers)
- Conduct property inspections and identify maintenance needs
- Work with outside vendors when needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Provide friendly, professional service to residents and work closely with the property management team
- Previous apartment, property, or building maintenance experience preferred
- Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair, and general carpentry
- Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely
- Dependable, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks throughout the day
- Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and perform physical maintenance work
- High school diploma or equivalent required; trade certifications are a plus
