Job Description:

Salary: $48,000/year Scope of Position Provide excellent customer-centered services designed to enhance and re-engage job seekers into the workforce, while working closely with the Business Services Team to ensure that sustainable career opportunities are available for all job seekers.

Essential Functions
· Provide information about Career Link services and the services of partner agencies and organizations to jobseekers
· Complete eligibility determinations for individuals seeking services
· Create individual employment plans for individuals seeking services
· Maintain a caseload of 50-75 Title I program participants
· Refer to financial navigator and community resources as appropriate
· Provide “staff-assisted job search” services in the form of career guidance, job leads, and current labor market information
· Administer suitability assessments for individuals pursuing training opportunities
· Complete necessary WIOA data entry requirements on CWDS
· Maintain participant files in accordance with state and local regulations
· Provide follow-up activities according to program guidelines
· Represent EDSI on various committees and work groups as assigned
· Other opportunities as available

Education and Experience Requirements
· Experience providing excellent service to jobseekers and employers
· Experience working with unemployed, underemployed, displaced workers, noncustodial parents, ex-offenders, veterans, or other economically-disadvantaged populations
· Ability to prioritize tasks and document all aspects of services provided
· Demonstrated communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
· Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
· Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
