We are seeking an Import / Export Analyst to support global supply chain operations by coordinating domestic and international shipments and ensuring full compliance with import/export regulations. This role plays a key part in documentation, freight coordination, customs interaction, and logistics performance tracking.

• Prepare and manage international shipping documentation, including customs declarations, packing lists, and commercial invoices
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments and track cargo in transit
• Maintain regular communication with freight forwarders and carriers
• Resolve shipment delays related to customs, documentation, or transportation issues
• Work closely with U.S. Customs to ensure correct classification, valuation, licensing, and country of origin
• Analyze freight forwarder performance and transportation costs to identify cost-effective solutions
• Produce logistics and customs reports for management
• Support day-to-day logistics operations and the Logistics Supervisor as needed

• Bachelor’s degree or at least 2 years of experience in logistics, import/export, or supply chain. Previous operations or supply chain experience preferred
• Working knowledge of international trade and transportation processes
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
