We are looking for motivated, reliable Route Cleaning Technicians to join our team in Exton, PA. This full-time position is ideal for someone who enjoys driving, working independently, and being part of a supportive team.

Route Technicians drive company vehicles to multiple client locations each evening to complete scheduled cleaning services. This role requires independence, accountability, and strong time management skills.

• Drive company vehicles to assigned commercial locations
• Complete scheduled cleaning tasks at each stop
• Follow route schedules and cleaning checklists
• Maintain communication with management as needed
• Ensure company vehicle is kept clean and in good condition
• Lock and secure buildings upon completion

• Valid driver’s license
• Clean driving record (required to operate company vehicles)
• Comfortable driving between locations nightly
• Self‑starter who is motivated and dependable
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to lift, bend, and move throughout the shift
• Required clearances:
  • PA State Criminal Background Check
  • PA Child Abuse Clearance
  • FBI Fingerprint Clearance

• $17/hour
• Full‑time, consistent schedule (Monday–Friday)
