The CDL/Warehouse Operator; essential functions include operating commercial vehicles to transport goods safely and efficiently, ensuring compliance with all DOT regulations and safety protocols. Responsibilities also involve loading and unloading shipments, verifying inventory accuracy, and maintaining proper documentation for deliveries and warehouse activities. The CDL/Warehouse Operator requires operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material‑handling equipment to organize and store products effectively.
Additionally, the CDL/Warehouse Operator are required to conduct routine vehicle and equipment inspections, performing basic maintenance, and reporting any issues to supervisors.
- Drives specified truck to required destination maintaining a priority of lawabiding road safety, always adhering to all DOT regulations and guidelines
- Ability to comply and adhere to FMCSR (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations)
- Complete pretrip and posttrip inspections
- Follows any special instructions pertaining to an individual order
- Reports any quality or inventory discrepancy issues to the appropriate person
- Communicates positively with supervisors, fellow workers, vendors and receivers to coordinate deliveries/pickup
- Operates a forklift, deep reach fork truck and pallet jacks safely and efficiently, maintains required OSHA PIT certification, performs vehicle safety checks, and reports discrepancies to supervisor
- Responsible for loading and unloading trailer

- Organize and properly store all materials in warehouse by allergen or regulatory requirements.
- Assist with weekly, quarterly, annual sanitation and basic maintenance.
- Responsible for all standard operating procedures for receiving inbound and outbound shipments including unloading/loading trucks, and relevant paperwork.
- Sampling of Raw materials as instructed for incoming shipments.
- Ensure all Bill of Materials and Invoices match orders.
- Maintain a sanitary workstation & environment.
- Assist in inventory counts and checks.
- Assist with weekly, quarterly, annual sanitation and basic maintenance.
- Perform other tasks & duties regarding warehousing & food manufacturing as assigned.
- Assists in keeping the facility clean, neat, safe, and operating efficiently.
- Denotes food safety responsibilities
- Must have 24 months of verifiable tractor trailer driving experience out of the last 36 months
