Warehouse Operations Associate

Overview

The Operations Associate supports daily depot operations by ensuring the accurate receipt, handling, storage, and shipment of pharmaceutical and clinical trial supplies. This role plays a key part in maintaining compliance, accuracy, and timely execution within a regulated logistics environment.

• Receive pharmaceutical and clinical trial supplies in accordance with established procedures
• Generate shipping documentation upon receipt of study requests
• Create inventory pick-lists within the Warehouse Inventory Management System
• Physically pick drug supplies, including lab kits, from warehouse locations
• Inspect supplies prepared for shipment by other team members
• Process shipment acknowledgements of receipt
• Provide post-shipment notifications
• Perform stock control activities, including periodic cycle counts
• Process returned drug supplies, including reconciliation for destruction

• Weekend coverage may be required

• Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience
  , preferably within a pharmaceutical environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  , particularly Excel
• Excellent attention to detail with a strong customer-focused mindset
• Ability to work independently and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Levels qualification or equivalent
• Understanding of the Clinical Trial Distribution (CTD) industry
• Flexibility with working hours based on operational needs
• High emphasis on accuracy, compliance, and time-sensitive operations
• Team-oriented setting with individual accountability
