About Us

Royal Management Logistics is a growing transportation and logistics company seeking an experienced Logistics Billing Specialist to join our team. This is not a standard medical, retail, or office billing position. We are looking for someone who understands the fast‑paced freight industry and can accurately process customer invoices, carrier payments, and shipment documentation.

• Invoice freight shipments accurately and on time
• Verify Bills of Lading (BOLs), Proofs of Delivery (PODs), rate confirmations, and shipment paperwork
• Review customer contracts and ensure billing matches agreed rates
• Process carrier invoices and resolve billing discrepancies
• Work with dispatch, customers, and carriers to resolve billing issues
• Reconcile detention, layover, lumper, TONU, and accessorial charges
• Maintain accurate records within our Transportation Management System (TMS)
• Assist with accounts receivable and collections when needed
• Meet daily and weekly billing deadlines

• Required: Minimum 2 years of billing experience
• Required: Strong attention to detail
• Required: Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Required: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Required: Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
• Preferred: Transportation, trucking, freight brokerage, or logistics billing experience
• Preferred: Experience working in a Transportation Management System (TMS)
• Preferred: Knowledge of freight terminology including PODs, BOLs, detention, layover, accessorials, and carrier settlements
