Responsibilities:
· Provide administrative support to plant operations, laboratory staff, and site personnel
· Maintain records, reports, spreadsheets, and operational documentation with a high degree of accuracy
· Coordinate meetings, schedules, training records, and internal communications across departments
· Support inventory tracking, purchase requests, supply ordering, and compliance documentation while following company procedures and safety standards
Requirements:
· High School Diploma or equivalent required;
Associate's Degree highly desirable
· Previous administrative experience, preferably in a manufacturing, laboratory, chemical plant, or industrial environment
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
· Strong organizational, multitasking, communication, and data entry skills with excellent attention to detail

** Pay Details:** $24.00 per hour
