This is a full-time, on-site role for an Automotive Technician located in Fair Lawn, NJ. The Automotive Technician will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of vehicles to ensure their optimal performance and safety. Daily tasks include troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, performing general maintenance and inspections, using diagnostic tools, and delivering high-quality repairs. Technicians will also collaborate with team members to maintain an organized and professional work environment.

• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing automotive mechanical systems, including engines, brakes, suspensions, and transmissions
• Experience with electrical systems, diagnostics, and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of tire installation, repair techniques, and alignment services
• Familiarity with using both manual and computerized diagnostic tools
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to follow safety protocols
• Effective communication skills to discuss repair needs with team members and customers
• ASE certification or equivalent is preferred but not required
• Minimum of high school diploma or GED; additional technical training or certifications are a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently
