Teacher Of Students With Disabilities (Ela & Math) (Anticipated)

We are presently accepting applications for the following position. This position requires proper N.J. certification.

Qualifications:

• NJ Certificate:
  1. Teacher of Elementary School (K-6) with Grades 5 - 8 Middle School Subject Matter Specialization (ELA or Mathematics) and Teacher of Students with Disabilities OR
• 2. K-12 Instructional Certificate (English or Mathematics) and Teacher of Students with Disabilities OR
• 3. Teacher of the Handicapped (K-12) Orton-Gillingham Trained, preferred
• Familiar with NJ Student Learning Standards
• Strong instructional background
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience working with at-risk students
• Knowledge of curriculum modifications
• Knowledge of multisensory instruction

Salary range: $64,000 - $117,380 (Salary will be prorated and based on annual salary guide range, commensurate with education and experience as per the negotiated contract - Fair Lawn Education Association)
